As you may know, we LOVE wines that are fermented via carbonic maceration. Carbonic fermentation = grapes fermented inside the skins. It is a very gentle process whereby the whole clusters are placed into a vessel to ferment, extracting very little tannin and color. Your FAVORITE chilled Summer red is back and better than ever. A shimmering ruby color with expansive aromatics of cherry, bramble berries, violets, orange peel, and a crack of black pepper transcends to a FWRESH and JUICY palate full of strawberries and rhubarb complicated with plum pit and limestone.
