This is a beautiful dark beast! Deep purple/violet color is enhanced by a stunning bouquet of blackberries, vanilla, crushed limestone and soy. The palate offers great concentration and texture, framed by fine ripe tannins. While firing on all cylinders at the moment, a few years in the cellar will pay off. A dry aged bone-in Ribeye with a truffled butter compound and ratatouille from the garden might be the ticket here. Drink 2021-2034
