MEMBERSHIP TERMS

By signing up on line I certify that I have read and agree to the following terms:

I am 21 years of age or older.

I agree to receive and pay for a minimum of 2 club shipments.  Cancellation prior to accepting two shipments will be subject to a one-time charge to cover the cost of the benefits received.

I may place my membership on hold for no more than one consecutive shipment.

I will review all correspondence from the winery concerning shipment scheduling.  If a shipment is returned or rerouted, it is my responsibility to pay any additional shipping charges.
